Q. Where is your business based?
A. We provide chauffeured services in Melbourne (City and Country), Australia and have affiliated services Australia Wide and Internationally.
Q. Our manager is looking for a chauffeured service but he/she is very demanding. Can you assist?
A. Yes, we provide a distinguished, premium service without compromise. Our client portfolio consists of Managing Directors, CEO's, High Profile Figures, Political Figures, International Travellers etc.
Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. We operate 24 hours, 7 days a week. Booking hours are from 8am to 8pm daily.
Q. Do you operate stretches or mini buses?
A. No, we don't provide stretches or other vehicles that aren't pictured in our fleet section. Existing account holders and regular clients are exempt to this rule as we endeavour to assist with any ground transport.
Q. We have some sensitive documents that need to be transported, do you provide this service?
A. Our existing clients rely on us for parcel deliveries, picking up dry cleaning, collecting and delivering gifts/flowers even buying groceries. Very little is beyond our scope. Furthermore our chauffeurs are screened with Police reports. |
