One of the following two options will apply to your booking.
Option 1. Fixed transfer rate.
- Fixed price list for suburbs (Melbourne metro) to the city or Melbourne Airport.
- Waiting time applies from the booked time in 15min increments.
- Suburb to suburb transfers will be calculated using an hourly base to base rate.
- Airport pickups - Clients can nominate a delayed meet & greet time to avoid waiting fees especially from the international terminal.
- Transfers with a gap of 2 hours Base to Base or less are treated on hold and charged at an hourly rate for the duration.
Option 2. Hourly rate. Base to Base. (The Melbourne CBD is our Base).
- Minimum 2 hours apply. Extra time in 15min increments.
- An 8 hour minimum charge applies to bookings for vehicles required for a full day where times are not provided.
- A 12 hour minimum charge applies to bookings where the chauffeur cannot return to the base and overnight accommodation is required. Accommodation fees will be the responsibility of the client. Citylink road tolls apply and are calculated base to base.

- Melbourne Airport parking fees apply. Undercover parking is available for Qantas domestic pickups (Valet Fees apply).
- Bottled water, mints and broadband internet (where available) are complimentary.
- Baby Seats, Capsules & Boosters. $20 each.
- 11pm till 1am or 5am to 6am. 30% applies and is calculated from the base departure time.
- 1am till 5am. 50% applies and is calculated from the base departure time.
- Special events & public holidays. 50% applies.
