Credit & Charge Cards
- All travel is charged daily where a Tax Invoice (summary of charges) and receipt of payment are provided via email. Cards accepted – Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Diners Club, CabCharge. Credit Card fees do not apply.
Invoice (available after several trading months)
- Choice of daily or weekly invoicing. Payment due on completion of service and issue of invoice. Credit card details are required as security for late payments (10% credit card fees apply). Payment methods available are cheque, EFT, EFTPOS, BPay.
A non refundable deposit may be required to secure certain bookings and will be made clear at the time of booking if applicable.
A monthly late payment fee being the greater of either $20 or 2% of the balance owing will be charged on all overdue amounts and calculated from 7 days of invoice date.
All recovery costs will be passed onto the defaulting party. |
